Directions

From I-93 North/South

Take I-93 to Exit 18 - Mass Ave, Roxbury to Melnea Cass Blvd. Follow to the end (Renaissance Park, Northeastern University) and take a left at the traffic light to Tremont Street. Go straight and pass Ruggles MBTA Station and police headquarters on your right. As you enter Roxbury Crossing, the MBTA Station will be on your right and Roxbury Community College on the left. Turn left onto Malcolm X Boulevard for Dudley Square and Fort Hill artists or turn right onto Tremont Street for Mission Hill artists.

From the Mass Pike (I-90)

Take the Mass Pike to the Prudential Center exit and drive down Huntington Ave. After the first traffic light, bear right (do not use the underpass). Turn left onto Mass Ave. (Symphony Hall is on the corner). Drive past the Mass Ave. MBTA Station and turn right at the second light onto Tremont St. Continue as explained by the directions from I-93 above.

MBTA

Most Roxbury Open Studios sites are accessable by MBTA. Mission Hill artists can be visited by riding the E-train (Green Line) to Brigham Circle or the Orange Line to Roxbury Crossing. Fort Hill artists can be reached from Roxbury Crossing and Jackson Square stations on the Orange Line. Dudley Sq. artists can be visited by riding the Silver Line to Dudley Square. Bus #66 travels between the artists on Mission Hill and in Dudley Square. Artists across Roxbury can be reached by using buses #1, 14, 15, 19, 22, 23, 25, 28, 39, 41, 42, 44, 45, 47, 66 and the Silver Line.
